As your Agent, I will be with you every step from listing to closing:

  • I start with a Seller Questionnaire to get to know you and your house better 
  • I will present to you a thorough market analysis of your neighborhood and comparable sales.
  • I will be completely open and honest with you about the condition of your house and its Fair Market Value.
  • I will give you a checklist of what to do before I start marketing your property, and another of what to do on a daily basis to help your home show in the best possible way.
  • I will advise you on any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to Buyers.
  • I will take color photographs of your home to use in the Feature Sheets, Color Brochures and other marketing materials.
  • I will design a brochure for your property listing all of its features and benefits.
  • I will place a Supra-Key Lockbox on the property to create easy, safe access to cooperating Agents.
  • I will create exposure through nationally recognized marketing campaigns and social media.
  • I will pre-qualify all prospective Buyers, whenever possible.
  • I will advertise your property in the local papers, Realtor.com and my company website and provide a text rider on your sign to allow drive bys to view your listing.
  • I will keep you informed of feedback obtained through Centralized Showing Service.
  • I will help you negotiate the best price when an offer is presented.
  • I will help you negotiate any repairs listed in the inspection reports done on your home by the Buyer.
  • I will go over the final settlement statement with you prior to Closing as soon as I receive it so you will know exactly how much you will net.
  • I will accompany you to the Closing to make sure all documents are correct.
  • I will be available for any questions you have even after your Closing!
